The inhaler has remained largely unchanged since the 1960s—we challenged the design community to change that. This open call invited designers to rethink the form, function, and user experience of an essential medical device, making it more intuitive, accessible, and human-centered. From ergonomics to aesthetics, we asked: What should the inhaler of today—and tomorrow—look like? The results pushed boundaries, proving that even the most familiar objects are ripe for innovation.
